Levelset has recently begun a collaboration with the Manufacturing Institute (MI) to support its Second Chance Employment Initiative, which is designed to meet both talent demands and inclusivity goals of manufacturers as they work to expand access to new talent pools.
MI engaged Levelset to help develop tools and learning resources to meet stated goals from manufacturers about building a broader and more accessible workforce. In addition, Levelset assisted in establishing a Second Chance pilot designed to create best practices to inform the industry.
Levelset is committed to working with credible industry leaders such as MI to support their efforts to promote shared learning, training, and user-friendly resources across their vast network of employers and expand opportunities for job seekers with past convictions.
