What can I expect from a collaboration with Levelset?

Our team brings diverse expertise from the fields of human resources, workforce development, criminal justice and communications. We work in close collaboration with company leaders to develop goals, learn from best practices, build organizational culture, implement thoughtful and well-designed strategies, and celebrate successes. We work to build trust with leaders across the companies and manage through transitions with empathy and optimism. And hopefully have a little fun along the way.

What does a typical engagement look like?

Every engagement starts with an assessment of current practices and process and organizational goals. From there, we prioritize key areas of focus for building effective policy and proactive fair chance initiatives. We typically touch on all six stages (link) of employer pathways, but may focus more narrowly depending on the company's baseline and aspirations.

How long do engagements typically last?

Anywhere from a month or two to a year or more. We have completed finite, short-term projects with companies, and worked alongside companies through massive shifts in practice impacting tens of thousands of jobs.  

How much does it cost?

After our initial assessment and discussion of goals, we put together a customized budget.

What is Levelset’s organizational structure?

Levelset is a partnership between Envoy and Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO). Our collaboration enables us to draw on resources from corporate HR and talent strategy as well as the country’s largest reentry employment organization. Envoy is a for-profit consultancy and CEO is a nonprofit organization.
